Warranty & Return

Our shoes are guaranteed for 2 years against material defects. Normal wear and tear caused by wearing the shoes is excluded. In this case, please contact us via our complaint form and we will check your case and contact you.

If you do not like the shoes or they do not fit, use the DHL return label enclosed in the package to return the shoes to us. The return is free of charge within Germany, Austria and Switzerland. For all other countries, you bear the cost of the return.

Secure payment methods

Pay comfortably by Paypal or your credit card and use the protection functions for your payment methods. From the second purchase on we also offer the purchase on account within Germany and Austria. This way you can comfortably try on our shoes at home and return them to us free of charge if you are not satisfied or transfer the invoice to us within 14 days.
