How to file a complaint

Despite careful quality controls, material or manufacturing defects can occur in individual cases. We take responsibility for this within the statutory warranty period.

Step 1: Fill out the form

Please fill out the form below and upload the following documents: 

👉 A photo or file of the defect
👉 A photo of the outsole
👉 Your proof of purchase (you received the invoice via email)

Step 2: We review your case

As soon as you have submitted the form, our customer support will carefully review your case.

Step 3: You receive a solution

If a product defect is confirmed, we will provide you with a suggested solution. This may be: 

👉 Replacement of the product 
👉 Credit note for the full purchase price
👉 Partial credit note for the purchase price
